Initial situation
Berlin Wedding will be the home of a novel mixed-use project for the creative scene. We support the project initiator with reference to all questions concerning investment structure, financing, and leasing contracts.

Concept
The building will feature a unique architecture and a well-balanced mix of uses with commercial housing, offices, workshops and event spaces. The architecture grants an optimized use of land and high density.

Realization
After having defined the mix of uses and the feasibility of the development, an appropriate project vehicle was established. Financing is granted by senior and junior loans.
